1. Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. If you create or administer a workspace for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

2. Acceptable use

Use SalesPilote only for lawful business purposes. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, misuse another person’s information, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

3. Workspace content

Your organization retains responsibility for the content it submits, including lead, customer, product, and campaign information. You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide that content and to authorize its processing through the features and integrations you enable.

4. Integrations and AI features

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability. You are responsible for authorizing integrations and reviewing the permissions they require. AI-generated material may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before it is used to make decisions or sent to customers.

5. Plans and payments

Plan features and usage limits are described on the pricing page or in a separate order. Selecting a plan in the workspace updates available platform features; online payment processing is not currently provided through that selection flow. Any applicable fees, billing schedule, and payment arrangements must be stated separately.

Advertising spend and charges imposed directly by connected third-party platforms are separate from SalesPilote fees.

6. Availability and changes

We may update or change features to maintain, improve, or secure the service. We aim to keep SalesPilote available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, SalesPilote is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits liability where such a limit is prohibited.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service changes. Updated terms will be posted here with a new revision date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
